Level 2 Mathematics with Algebra
This course is for learners who can confidently apply mathematical concepts when solving theoretical and real world problems. A thorough knowledge of algebraic manipulation is essential for success in this course.
Learners may be able to progress from this course to L3MATC01 Mathematics with Calculus and/or L3MATS01 Statistics.

It is recommended that learners have at least a Merit grade in Tables, equations and graphs (AS91028) and apply algebric procedures in solving problems
(AS91027) or have discussed entry to this course with the Head of Learning, Mathematics.
Course Costs and Equipment
$50 and learners must have a graphics calculator (FX9860GIII).
You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
Total Credits Available: 23 credits.
Externally Assessed Credits: 14 credits.
