Course Description

Recommended Prior Learning

Learners need to understand that they will need to use some literacy skills in this subject, and they will have to perform to peers in a group.


In Year 10 Drama learners will learn to work in a safe and supportive environment. They will develop their use of drama techniques, elements and conventions to create character and to devise and perform a play in a group. They will also perform a major role from a script and perform on the school auditorium stage. The focus will be group collaboration, performance skills and developing their confidence.
