Level 3 Food Technology
Course Description
This university-approved course extends skills and knowledge gained in Level 2 Food Technology. We will investigate ingredient selection, food product design and processing skills.
Course content: Learners will complete three projects during the year including:
- Mille-feuille
- Explore ethical food issues for New Zealand society.
- Product design
