Level 3 Food Technology

Course Description

This university-approved course extends skills and knowledge gained in Level 2 Food Technology. We will investigate ingredient selection, food product design and processing skills. 

Course content: Learners will complete three projects during the year including:

  • Mille-feuille
  • Explore ethical food issues for New Zealand society. 
  • Product design

$180 – ingredients for 4 terms, and booklets.
