Level 1 Media Studies is an introductory course to senior media studies. Looking at key ideas around representation and media production, the course encourages learners to think more deeply about the world around them and how it is shaped by the media. Learners will also get practical, hands-on experience in media production when they make their own short films. The course uses achievement standards from Social Studies and Digital Media. You will only be able to achieve each of these standards once. Please check if you have enough credit entries overall to achieve Level 1.
